The
core curriculum for the CMT Review was designed to fulfill
two functions:
•Targeted, in depth review of mathematics and language
arts concepts as defined by the State Department of
Education frameworks.
•Instruction in how the CMTs will interpret and test
these
concepts.
CMT
Review Curriculum uses a multi-media approach that provides:
•Teachers with additional and coordinated curriculum
materials that span classroom, after-school activities
and the home.
•Students with interactive and engaging tutorial material
in a familiar, comfortable environment.
•Parents with easy to understand instructional material
that gives them a working knowledge of the CMT subjects
so they can become more comfortably involved in their children’s
education. •Multiple Language Curriculums.
To
create the curriculum, CMT Review has assembled an
expert team consisting of:
•Certified educational professionals to write curriculum
based on State standards.
•Private Sector Professionals consisting of TV producers,
internet content developers, and multi-media experts.
•Administrators and educational professionals for review
and approval. To guarantee maximum impact and utilization.
CMT
Review then coordinates:
•A highly targeted distribution system that includes
broad
cast and internet, community outreach centers and
libraries.
•Public awareness campaign with cross promotion through
flyers, news releases, psa’s on radio and TV and classroom
distribution to parents.
•Staff development at all schools, community centers
and libraries so all materials are utilized to their
maximum capacity.
