INTRODUCTION

The Connecticut Mastery Test Review Series (CMTReview) harnesses the two most powerful communication tools in history – Television and the Internet. Every school district that is serviced by a cable television company has a dedicated television channel over which the district can deliver free television programming. It is documented that 82 percent of Connecticut students make active use of the Internet at home.
